RETURNS & REFUNDS

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCTS?

What Is The SNEAKER ADDICT Return Policy?
We want you to be passionate about your purchase. If you’re not feeling the love, return your SNEAKER ADDICT product(s) within 30 days for a full refund.
Face Covers, personalized products, and any products marked as final sale on the product page are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you’re returning due to a sizing issue, you may be eligible for exchange. Follow the below steps and choose “Free Size Exchange” when you are viewing your order. More details can be found below.

 

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY REFUND?

Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment within 14 days of when the return is processed. Normal bank processing times do apply and may take up to a full billing cycle.
If you selected the eGift card refund option, please check your email after receiving your return confirmation email as your refund credit will arrive shortly after.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON PERSONALIZED INLINE ITEMS?

Personalized items are created just for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for personalized items. If you have a question or concern about your personalized inline items order, please contact us at 1-866-870-1743.

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Opening a free www.sneakers-shopping.com account lets you shop online and has additional benefits. You can open an account one of two ways:
 
Click on My Account and enter an email address and password under the New Customers section.

When placing an order, you can save your information and create an account at the end of the checkout process.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes you can! If you placed your order while logged into your SNEAKER ADDICT account you can cancel your order within 15 minutes after your order was placed.
Please go to the My Account page and select the items in the order you would like to cancel. Once you have selected your item(s) please click confirm.
Also, please see our Returns and Exchange Policies.
Or return a product using our Self Service Returns option.
If you want to order something else, simply place a new order online or call our online shop customer service team at 1-866-870-1743. Our team can help with the products you need. If you would prefer to chat with us please use the chat button on the lower right hand corner.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY ORDER NUMBER?

No worries! Your order number is in your confirmation email along with an automatic link to your order status on SNEAKER ADDICT. It is a good idea to save your order confirmation email or write down the number for future reference. If you forget or misplace your order number, please send us a chat, and a customer service representative will contact you. Or call 1-866-870-1743 for immediate assistance.

CAN I ADD OR DELETE ITEMS FROM MY ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

No. We immediately hand off most orders to our warehouse where they are processed quickly and shipped out. If you want to change your order, please see our Returns Policy.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE DELIVERY STATUS ON MY ORDER?

To check the delivery status of your order, please visit the shipping carrier’s and input your tracking number:
  • Most items will be shipped FedEx.
  • Occasionally items will be shipped via USPS as well.

DOES THE COLOR ON THE WEBSITE MATCH THE SHOES OR APPAREL I’LL RECEIVE?

Various materials take color differently. In addition, color representation on computer monitors vary. We make every effort to make accurate representations; however, there may be slight differences between the website representations and the actual product received.

HOW DO I FIND MY SHOE SIZE?

To find the correct size first take your measurements and then find your correct sizes from the charts below
Measure Your Feet
 
Step 1: Stand up straight on a hard surface with your heel against the wall and a piece of blank paper taped to the floor, flush against the wall beneath your foot.
Step 2: Have someone mark the longest part of your foot (referred to as heel-to-toe length) on the paper with a pen or pencil, or measure yourself if necessary. Repeat with the other foot, as right and left sizes may be different.
Step 3: Use a ruler to measure the heel-to-toe length you marked for each foot.

HOW DO I FIND MY SHIRT & TOP SIZE?

That’s easier said than done. Because, what do you do if you are in between two sizes?
Well, that’s up to you. Do you like a tight fit? Go for the smaller size. Loving a loose fit? Go for the larger size.
Top fit: If your body measurements for chest and waist result in two different suggested sizes, order the size from your chest measurement.
